Service Charge Officer

Service Charge Officer Based in Borehamwood Temporary on going role £18.93per hour PAYE The first one to two weeks will be office based for training purposes, thereafter they will be required in the office once a month, either in the Borehamwood or Camden office.
The primary focus is answering resident enquires relating to service charge estimates and actuals.
These questions can vary quite heavily but will be mostly focused around the most recent set of estimates or actuals we've provided, this can include the following; Requests for further information or descriptions for specific services Disputes based on the price of services provided Correcting residents charges when errors are found Request for documentation relating to service charges (Section 21 & 22 requests, invoices, Section 20 consultation information etc)
