Job DescriptionExperienced Service Advisor needed in a Main dealership near Solihull We are working with a Main dealership who are actively looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join there friendly team.
Job Role – Vehicle Service Advisor Salary – £22k-26k Depending on experience PLUS bonus Hours: Mon-Fri 8.00-6.00 Saturdays 9am-4pm on Rota Service Advisor Duties include: Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers' needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoices For this Service Advisor position you will have: Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage or dealership Full driving licenceExcellent communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skills As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
