You will be providing a professional service to customers whilst their vehicle is with the client and tracking its progress through the workshops.
Liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department.
Providing customers with additional work requirements and costs.
Scheduling and recording work whilst maintaining an efficient and courteous manner.In the Service Advisor role you will provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing and registering new cars.About You:You will be a team player with experience within a customers focused role preferably within the automotive or high-end industry but not essential.
