BMW & MINI Service Advisor Required The position is located at our Portadown Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of New and used vehicle sales, Aftersales & Alloy wheel repair centre.
This role would be ideal for an vibrant, highly motivated and passionate individual.
Having a background in the motor trade is beneficial however not essential.
We value attitude over experience and offer a comprehensive training and support programme.
You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and offering our full range of services to all our customers.
Your Responsibilities: Provide 5 star customer service and support to all our customers, ensuring you exceed expectations and deliver a premium customer experience Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and repairs and liaising with other members of the service team to schedule workloads Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service, from drop off to vehicle handover Updating customers with progress on their vehicles and gaining authorisation for additional identified work Maintain accurate customer records and update systems accordingly Your Profile: Relevant experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential Strong IT Skills and the ability to learn a variety of new IT systems Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues You must be able to work in an organised and methodical manner, ensuring all tasks are completed and deadlines met Benefits include: Competitive salary plus bonus Access to company car scheme 30 days annual leave Company pension scheme Discounts for family and friends Overtime paid at time and a half Manufacturer training programme Long service additional leave On site parking To Apply: Please send current CV to Aftersales Director, Lisa McMenemy via email or for a confidential call please contact Lisa on .
