Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure an exceptional customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
About The Role About you: The right candidate has a: Passion for our brand and the highest level of customer service Previous experience in a similar role within a franchised car dealership required Experience with One-Link, being fleet aware and Motability Accredited desirable but not essential Full, valid UK driving licence IT literacy as essential Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard Ability to multi-task with good time-management skills important Main Duties The role will involve face to face and telephone contact with our customers, with the overall aim of providing the very best in customer service.
This is a very busy role requiring team work, excellent inter departmental and good all round communication skills, as well as behaving in a professional manner.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to put the customer first, have an enthusiastic approach to their work, be highly organised and have good time management skills.
Upselling EVHC, Service plans etc.
is also incorporated into the role so a good knowledge of these will be required.
