Job DescriptionOur client is a lovely car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.

Service Advisor Role: To Manage all service telephone and Walk-in enquiresTo meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer's needs for at vehicle drop-offTo progress and update the customer throughout the dayTo discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer.
Advise, and forward diarised unsold workCarry out inspections where necessary before handover to the customerTo ensure you deliver outstanding customer satisfaction About You: To have dealership experience as a Service Advisor is preferredTo have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your workTo have a valid driving licenceGood working knowledge of Kerridge Package:Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30, Saturday on a rota basis (every other) 8.30 – 12.30.£25k Basic to the right candidate with Bonus and Profit share added should be £30k or above OTE Gary at Jago Consultants
