Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a professional and dedicated Customer Service Manager to join their large, prestige main car dealership.Working within a large service department you will be the main focal point for customer queries and complaint management.
The role will involve liaising with customers, service staff, Managers and the Manufacturer to ensure all customer cases are dealt with quickly, professionally and with continuity.Customer Service Manager Role: To be the main contact with the Manufacturer when complaint cases are sent to the dealership, to update cases within the required timescales.To monitor and review complaint cases for the Service Department to identify why complaints are arising, identify trends of staff or processes that are causing complaints to occur, in conjunction with the Aftersales Manager, develop new processes/corrective action to resolve.To be the main contact for customers via telephone and in person to discuss complaint cases, to maintain contact with the customer throughout the case and provide feedback / the decision on behalf of the Service Department.To escalate complaint cases to the Management team, or Manufacturer as required.To work as part of the Service department, maintain relationships with various staff throughout the dealership.To support the Aftersales Manager in various projects and assignments.
