Service Administrator

Job DescriptionOur Client is a main car dealership looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their busy department.The role is to work in the Aftersales department to support the front-line team.Service Administrator Role Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointmentsRaising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer's appointmentsPreparing retail invoices for customers, service history updates etcUpdating vehicle and customer recordsSupporting front-line staff with administration duties General administrative duties / filing as required About you Ideally you will have experience in a similar position, within the motor trade and preferably with Kerridge computer system knowledge.You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best.
