Service Administrator

Job summary This is an interesting and busy role within an already strong service team.
The administrator will undertake administration roles as directed by the Service Manager and also support the Service Team.
Main duties of the job The role is to support the whole Service Team with administration duties.
It could involve adding and amending rotas, dealing with external staff and organisations, using the clinical system (SystmOne), photocopying, entering information and data onto spreadsheets.
Good organisation, IT and administration skills are a must.Additional training will be given if no experience of the clinical system.
About us We are an NHS organisation providing support to the whole Borough for Primary Care.
We work with our Practices and our Primary Care Networks to provide access to Primary Care services mainly when GP Practices are closed.We are reactive and rapidly deploy services to both Primary and Secondary Care at times of crisis.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential A good educational level for English, Maths and IT.
