Service Administrator

Job Description Vehicle Administrator needed by Dorchester based Car Dealership.
Hour:Monday to Friday 8am to 6pmAny Saturdays will be paid as overtime Package: Basic £22,464 plus 4k bonus We are currently working with a motor garage in the Dorchester area who is looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Administrator.
The role is to work in the Aftersales department to support the front-line team.
Service Administrator RoleTaking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointmentsRaising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer's appointmentsPreparing retail invoices for customers, service history updates etcUpdating vehicle and customer recordsSupporting front-line staff with administration duties General administrative duties / filing as required About youIdeally you will have experience in a similar position, within the motor trade and preferably with Kerridge computer system knowledge.You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best.
The role requires someone who has strong selling skills, as you will be required to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.You will need excellent communication and telephone skills Andy – Jago Consultants
