Job DescriptionOur team in Darlington are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service.

If yes, then we would love to hear from you.As part of this role, you will:Proactively support the smooth running of the administrative functions within the serviceBe responsible for welcoming clients to our serviceMaintain and create record-keeping systems as requiredBe responsible for the receipt and processing of all referrals, screening, triage and comprehensive assessments, to input NDTMS/demographic and personal details using computerised systemsSupport the service to meet local health and safety requirementsGenerate prescriptions in preparation for signing by relevant clinicians Support the management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and information managementSupport the wider team with commitments, to include organising diaries, allocating, arranging, cancelling and rebooking meetings and eventsBe responsible for taking, transcribing and distributing formal minutes for meetingsThe ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a similar role, ideally within a business support or office function.
You will have excellent IT skills, including the ability to collate data and use and manage databases.
You will have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
It is essential that you are able to manage competing/conflicting demands on your own initiative and are comfortable managing your own workload.
