Service Administrator £23,000 to £28,000 Antrim Full-time, permanent Engineering Position Overview: Oversee general administrative tasks within the office.
Coordinate and schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive service calls.
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
Enter engineers' timesheet data into the system daily.
Monitor and manage vehicle tracking reports.
Prepare and send quotes to customers within established KPI timeframes.
Generate purchase orders and handle invoice processing.
Manage incoming communications, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
