VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Service Administrator for a major Security Systems focused company based in Belfast.
This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday position.
Permanent position - Position of work is Belfast (Castlereagh) Salary: Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package & Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: Logging & assigning service calls using CASH software Dispatching engineers & ensuring paperwork is completed to the criteria required Providing excellent & efficient customer support Liaising with clients via email & telephone, including booking appointments/arranging access & maintaining accurate customer records Work interdepartmentally to support colleagues & to ensure the business is ran effectively & efficiently Essential Criteria: 2 years experience in same or similar role Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear instruction Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word & basic knowledge of Excel Experience using same or similar business system software Problem-solving & working to deadlines High standard for organisation Ability to work on one initiative For further information on this vacancy, or any other jobs in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Jack Groves in the strictest confidence.
