Service Administrator - 12-18 MONTH ROLE Are you an experienced Service Administrator?
If so then our Client would like you to join their team for a 12-18 month role.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality customer service and contributing to business growth at our client's branch location.
Key Responsibilities: Develop positive relationships with key customers, either over the phone or in person at the branch.
Assess customer needs and gather relevant information.
Create basic work orders in the appropriate systems.
Provide status updates to customers as requested.
Qualifications and Competencies: Competencies: - Communicate effectively: Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Manage conflict: Handle conflict situations effectively, with minimal disruption.
- Customer focus: Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Direct work: Provide direction, delegate tasks, and remove obstacles to ensure work is completed efficiently.
