Serious Injury Solicitor (Claimant)Salary Range: £46,000 - £58,000Experience Required: 1-4 PQEI'm currently working with a highly regarded Top 50 law firm who have a rare opportunity for a Junior Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join their Serious Injury team in their Birmingham office located in the City Centre.
The RoleAs a key member of the Serious Injury team, you'll gain exposure to high-quality claimant personal injury cases, managing a diverse caseload and working closely with experienced partners.
You'll also contribute to the wider national serious injury team, collaborating with top legal advisers to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a personal injury caseload with claims valued up to £100,000Handle litigated cases within the intermediate trackConduct advocacy, including applications, directions hearings, case management, and infant approval hearingsCommunicate confidently with clients, insurers, solicitors, counsel, and experts The Candidate  Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)Experience in claimant personal injury preferred, but candidates with defendant experience will also be consideredStrong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Salary & Benefits  Competitive Salary: £46,000 - £58,000 based on PQE and experienceFlexible/Hybrid Working: Flexible hybrid model with two days a week in the Birmingham office.Outstanding Benefits Package: Includes a market-leading benefits package and an annual employee bonus of 5-7% of your salary.
