You'll oversee each aspect of Search Engine Optimisation at both a strategic and hands-on level.
Day-to-day looks like: Work alongside the Head of Marketing to develop, implement, and assess their approach to Search Engine Optimisation to ensure it meets the organisation's commercial goals.
Support the Lead Developer in creating a website designed and structured to meet the ever-changing expectations of search engines and consumers.
Create long-form content that supports their SEO efforts and reaches potential customers at the early stages of their buying cycle.
Take a data-driven approach to determining the potential benefits of new product categories, brands, etc., and feed these back to the Lead Buyer.
Monitor and analyse the performance of the company's Organic Search channel daily to ensure they're aware of any 'peaks or troughs' and identify weaknesses and opportunities.

To be successful, you'll have… Proven experience in Search Engine Optimisation, ideally within a B2C and eCommerce organisation.
Knowledge of each aspect of SEO, including technical optimisation, content creation, link acquisition, and brand development.
Confidence with platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, and Ahrefs (or similar).
Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for details and the ability to convey complex information concisely.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
Great at working as part of a team of mixed-skilled individuals, as well as the ability to work alone where required.
