Job Summary: Naturecan, a leading eCommerce brand specialising in premium CBD oil and wellness products, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.
The ideal candidate will develop, edit, and manage high-quality content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience in the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging, original, and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials with a focus on CBD and medical cannabis and wellness topics.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, especially those related to CBD, health, and wellness, to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and informative graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that resonate with our audience.
Content Management: Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, and consistency in alignment with brand guidelines.
Optimise content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic, with a focus on CBD-related keywords and trends.
Content Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing goals and business objectives in the CBD industry.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, scientific research, and content marketing best practices in the health and wellness sector.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
Coordinate with external writers, freelancers, and agencies to produce high-quality content as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather information and understand content requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in content creation, editing, or a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness or eCommerce industry Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills 1+ years on SEO principles and content optimisation Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative content.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills: Excellent proficiency in English Experience with Shopify, WordPress and other content management tools Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g.
