The Role: Reporting to the Aspire Service Delivery Director – Hard Services, you will play a key part in enabling us to deliver a premium workspace experience for our customers.
Getting the basics right is important.To do that, you will have responsibility for making sure our workspaces are well run and maintained.
You will manage by example, setting the standard for delivering brilliant customer experiences by creating productive and enjoyable environments in some of our most prestigious workspaces across the UK.
You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and you will work with our Service Partner Teams to achieve aspirational results.You'll provide a responsive and proactive service to customers and internal stakeholders working with appointed service partners.As Senior Workplace Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the technical performance of the team ensuring all properties and the estate are well maintained, safe and compliant and responsible for the short-, medium- and long-term engineering strategy for life cycle replacement and decarbonization.You will be passionate and dedicated to deliver great customer experiences.
You will love finding new and innovative ways of doing things and will play a key role in driving a consistent approach to our workspace strategies across the portfolio, helping us to forge new ways of working.The Team: Working with the Implementation Manager and other colleagues in the Building Surveying and Technical Services Team to ensure consistency across our property portfolio.Create an Implementation delivery team from across the Workplace Operations team and working in collaboration with this team.What you will be responsible for: Be familiar with the strategic outcomes of Net Zero Transition Program and our broader energy management program to ensure these are fully implemented across the new portfolio, while also assisting in its deliver across the existing managed portfolio.Be fully integrated into the Workplace operations team, to ensure full alignment with our current and future operating model.Allocate specialist tasks as appropriate to the delivery team.Schedule and chair all meetings to discuss and keep the project plan on task.Create a shared environment for the project information to facilitate collaboration while controlling and managing user access requirements.Agree the control or mitigation of any operational risks arising from the Implementation Project, escalating these where necessary.Monitor, track and escalate any change to current operational documents, processes or procedures ensuring these are updated by document owners.Maintain and keep the team's applications and process up to date, implementing any agreed change.Control, manage and maintain data and user access to applications in line with Landsec's data governance policies and procedures.Your skills, experience and qualifications: Essential criteria Proven track record of working within a team.NEBOSH.Ability to work with people at all levels of the business to achieve results.A high standard of computer literacy will be required.Willingness to work outside of 'normal' office hours.HND/HNC in relevant engineering field.CIBSE Membership.Life and Benefits at LandsecWe have a great benefits package, there to support you with your work-life balance and in moments that matter.
