Job summary This is a new role which will provide an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join our team and support the delivery of our strategic Trust-wide workforce transformation projects.
With a new Digital Clinical System set to launch in 2025, this role will be a key enabler to ensure that the benefits of this project can be realised from a people perspective.
You will need to be an excellent communicator and have significant experience in managing change and transformation at an organisational level.
As a member of the HR/Workforce Business Partner Team, you will also have the opportunity to maintain your HR Generalist Skills in areas such as employee relations, policy development, workforce business partnering & workforce planning.

The Trust provides high quality planned and emergency care, cardiac, critical care, child health, maternity services and intermediate care at Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich, and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford.
The Trust provides 500 beds and employs over 5,000 members of staff.

Job description Job responsibilities The Senior Workforce Business Partner (Transformation & Projects) will work both operationally and strategically to support thedelivery of the Trusts strategic objectives.
They will lead and deliver high level projects and change programmes and will provide proactive, professional guidance to senior managers on a range of workforce and OD issues.
They will understand the service strategies and business objectives of the organisation and will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify workforce issues and develop business focused solutions.
The post-holder will act as a senior member of the Trusts People Directorate and represent the directorate at a range of meetings, both internally and externally.

They will be responsible for developing and supporting the delivery of organisational wide workforce and organisational development strategies as well as providing comprehensive reports, analysis and recommendations for action against key project deliverables and transformational change objectives.
Whilst the post-holder will not be assigned to a specific division, they will work organisationally wide to deliver essential Workforce Projects and will support the Workforce Business Partner Team as appropriate with hearings, appeal panels, complex investigations, Employment Tribunal Cases and policy development.
Person Specification Knowledge Essential Educated to Degree level (or equivalent experience) Postgraduate diploma in HR Management Desirable Quality / Continuous Improvement Experience Chartered membership of the CIPD Experience Essential Experience of operating in business partner model Experience (to masters degree level) of working as a senior HR/OD professional which has enabled individual to demonstrate essential skills, knowledge and competencies.
