Focus on WD are currently seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst on a 12 month Fixed-term contract basis toi join a full-platform Workday End-user in the South West.
Position: Senior Workday HRIS Analyst Employment Type: Full-Time, 12 month initial fixed term contract Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Bristol, 2-3 Days on-site per week Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 Base Salary (Dependant on experience) Additional: Company Benefits If interested in this position/to find out additional details, please apply/send your CV to ****** Key Skills Required 2-3+ years of strong configuration skills across Workday HCM and at least two of the following modules: Talent, Learning, Absence, Recruiting and Reporting.
Strong Stakeholder Management skills and the ability to be the guiding voice of the product.
Management change requests and ensuring knowledge transfer across the wider business.
The ability to help drive the Workday Roadmap forward ensuring alignment with the wider business need.# The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as the Workday Finance team) to provide awareness and guidance on movements and solutions provided within the Workday HCM Product Suite.
Exceptional product knowledge with a passion for Workday and the ability to work in both a hands-on/strategic capacity.
