Senior Web Analyst Up to £60,000 South West London 4 days WFH a week Working with a scale up company who are heavily focused on health and well-being whilst also being very data led as an organisation.

Job Summary: I am looking for an experienced Senior Web Analyst with a strong background in Google Analytics (GA, GA4) , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , and expertise in tagging implementation .
This role is critical to driving the digital analytics initiatives by implementing effective tagging, creating meaningful insights, and optimising digital experiences.
The Senior Web Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into measurable KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and visibility to drive impactful decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Tagging Implementation : Oversee and manage end-to-end tagging implementations using Google Tag Manager (GTM) , ensuring accurate and reliable tracking across all digital properties.
Google Analytics Expertise : Utilise Google Analytics to monitor, report, and analyse website performance metrics, and identify key areas of improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to gather requirements, define tracking needs, and implement tailored analytics solutions to meet business goals.
Advanced Reporting and Analysis : Create detailed, actionable reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders that measure key KPIs, user behaviour, and conversion rates, helping guide strategic business decisions.
Troubleshooting and Optimization : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve tracking issues or anomalies within GA, GA4, and GTM, working with development teams as needed to ensure proper code and tag functionality.
Key Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a web analytics role, with demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics (GA, GA4) , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , and tagging implementation.
Technical Skills : Strong expertise with Google Analytics (including GA4 setup, event tracking, and custom dimensions/metrics).
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (managing and troubleshooting tags, triggers, variables, and data layers).
Analytical Mindset : Ability to convert data into actionable insights and communicate complex data to stakeholders in a clear, concise way.
Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
