The Role: We are seeking a hands-on SVP Global Sales to lead, mentor, and scale the sales team while optimising sales processes.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will enhance the team by providing structure, leadership, and strategy to drive revenue growth and streamline sales operations.

Duties & Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to achieve targets.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies aligned with growth goals.
Set and ensure achievement of clear sales targets and KPIs.
Participate in key client meetings, nurturing long-term partnerships and resolving high-priority concerns.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of new account executives.
Align with marketing on lead generation efforts and integrate customer feedback into sales strategy.
Refine and streamline the sales process, ensuring efficient CRM use and pipeline management.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills: 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in fast-growing companies and B2B SaaS.
Strong background in financial software solutions.
Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
Ability to mentor and inspire teams, managing both experienced and early-career salespeople.
Knowledge of sales methodologies like Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or MEDDIC.
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, processes, and best practices.
Experience managing strategic deals and working with C-level stakeholders.
Hands-on role in key deals and high-level sales strategy.
Strong process orientation, skilled in CRM usage and pipeline reporting.
Data-driven decision-making and analytics.
Excellent cross-functional communicator with experience presenting to leadership.
