About the Role: In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles.
Your expertise will not only keep our customers cars running smoothly, but you'll also be leading a small team of technicians, sharing your knowledge, and ensuring everyone is working together to deliver top-notch service.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM One Saturday a month: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM Key Duties: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
Mentor and support junior technicians to help them develop their skills.
Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Perform routine servicing and maintenance checks.
Ensure that all work complies with health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
Key Requirements: Previous experience as a technician in the automotive industry.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., Level 3 NVQ or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Great communication and teamwork abilities.
