Senior Valuation Surveyor

I am currently recruiting a 3 - 6 month interim assignment with potential extension for my local authority client based in Cheshire.
This is for a Senior Valuation Surveyor and details are inlcuded below Valuate, advise, and execute property asset disposals through auctions, tenders,or direct sales, adhering to Council guidelines and statutory regulations.
Procure properties to support the Council's regeneration plan and service delivery, utilising negotiation or statutory powers as needed.
Facilitate the subsequent sale of acquired assets, post-planning and development brief approvals, to contribute to economic and social regeneration.
Negotiate and execute leases, tenancies, licenses, easements, and wayleaves on behalf of all Council departments.
Provide valuations as required, tailored to specific instructions.
Negotiate and settle rent reviews, lease renewals, lease variations, assignments, and debt recovery, in accordance with Landlord and Tenant legislation.
RICS qualified is essential for the post.
Day rate - negotiable.
