Senior UX Designer - NOT UI Design Location: West London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Contract Type: Fixed Term, 12 months
My client is looking to offer someone the opportunity to own and lead their UX Design for the complete re-design of their Omni-channel ecommerce website. They will be integrating multiple ecommerce processes and need a skilled, experienced, independent and enthusiastic UX Designer to work alongside the UI Designers in creating intuitive, conversion-focused designs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead UX design efforts for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user journeys from product discovery to checkout.Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to optimize design for engagement and conversion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that prioritize usability and business goals.Advocate for data-driven design improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.Ensure all designs meet accessibility and responsive design standards across multiple devices.What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a UX designer in an e-commerce environment, with a portfolio showcasing data-driven design decisions.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Strong understanding of user behavior in online shopping and experience optimizing for conversion.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer: Competitive salaryFlexible working arrangementsThe chance to make a direct impact on our growing e-commerce platformApply today to help redefine our customers' online shopping experience!
