Senior UX Designer SaaS Manchester / Hybrid 45-55K We're looking for a passionate Senior UX Designer who will want to work with tech for good business.

This exciting role will see you design customer journeys where over a million people use the product/software.
You'll also have a fantastic amount of autonomy to work with the research team and look under the hood to understand how to solve these problems.
About You You're a seasoned UX designer with 5+ years' experience in SaaS or client services environments, known for your ability to balance user-centered design with business strategy.
A natural leader, you're capable of guiding your team through complex projects while championing inclusivity and accessibility in design.
Key Skills User Research & Prototyping : Advanced in planning and conducting research to uncover friction points and inform design decisions.
Design Systems & Usability Testing : Skilled in creating and managing design systems and leading usability testing sessions.
Collaboration & Agile Experience : A team player with a track record of working within agile frameworks and aligning UX with development.
