Competitive salary Bonus scheme Private healthcare and life assurance 7% employer pension contribution Professional fees covered Hybrid working: 2 remote days per week 25 days holiday + bank holidays + additional Christmas leave Regular team events, from summer outings to Christmas gatherings Your Role Develop masterplans for diverse projects, from concept through to outline and reserved matters planning applications Lead large-scale masterplan residential projects and complex, multifaceted designs Create strategic documents such as vision statements and design codes Collaborate with the Urbanism team and manage small teams while also working independently What You'll Need Degree, Masters, or Diploma in Urban Design, Architecture, or related Built Environment field Experience in private practice, consultancy, or commercial housebuilding (detailed design/RMA experience preferred) Proficiency in CAD software; knowledge of Vectorworks and/or SketchUp is a plus Familiarity with local authority guidelines and planning systems Self-driven, detail-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles Ready to make an impact on urban landscapes and lead sustainable, forward-thinking projects?
