Senior Unit Linked Manager

We are partnered with a multi-award winning pensions and life insurance provider for an experienced Senior Unit Linked Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The role will sit within the Investment Reporting team to be based in either the firm's Manchester or Edinburgh offices.
This pivotal role provides a unique opportunity to help integrate new work and drive the future standards for the ongoing success of the team.
Main duties of the role include, but are not limited to: Oversee the day-to-day operational running of box management processes, ensuring timely and high-quality output and driving continuous process improvements towards best practice.
Analysis of unit pricing issues or errors, ensuring compliance with control and governance requirements.
Providing effective delegation, review and coaching to other team members, sharing subject-matter expertise of complex processes involving box management and unit-pricing.
Lead regular interactions across senior leadership and key internal and external stakeholders, providing support, insight, and challenge over a wide variety of unit-linked activities.
The successful candidate: Experience in unit-linked box management and unit pricing is essential.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and can be relied upon to represent Group Finance in both internal and external meetings.
