In this role, you will provide general transfer pricing advice and support, including guidance on the application of transfer pricing law and practices to SM&T intercompany transactions. You will also conduct functional and transfer pricing analysis of new intercompany transactions, offering recommendations on transfer pricing approaches to other members of the tax team.
What you will do? Providing general transfer pricing advice and support – including advice on the application of transfer pricing law and practice to SM&T intercompany transactions.Functional and transfer pricing analysis of new intercompany transactions, provision of recommendations on transfer pricing approaches to other tax team members.Manage the contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation (including three-tier transfer pricing documentation and separate files on business restructuring).Managing transfer pricing risks and assisting in the identification of transfer pricing opportunities through changes to transfer pricing policies and practices.Assist in the handling of transfer pricing audits and transfer pricing defense.What you'll bring to the role?
