Senior Ticketing Manager

Senior Ticketing Manager (18 month contract) London Based 50k + package I'm working with a leading sporting organisation who are looking for a Senior Ticketing Manager to join the team.

The role will take a lead on the distribution of all ticketing across global sports events & tournaments.

Responsibilities: Leading the entire ticketing team for all event days across the calendar year Managing the Ticket Office and fulfilling all ticketing requirements Allocation and distribution of all tickets for events Work closely with other departments such as sales and marketing to enhance the current ticketing strategy Maximise upsell opportunities across ticketing Main point of contact for ticket office on event days, having full control of the ticketing area Manage the relationship with current ticketing partner (Ticketmaster) Candidate Background: Experience in a senior ticketing role within sports or live events Knowledge of ticket distribution at high volume sporting events Previous knowledge of both Venuemaster and Fortress access control systems are desirable Flexible to work on weekends and event days Excellent team leader and calm in working in high-pressure environments Feel free to apply with a copy of your most up to date CV!
