Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an integrated service in Bolton.
Bolton community services provide therapy, care and support for patients in their own home.
We help people to stay as well as possible in their own home and community.We are looking for full time or part time Senior Therapy Instructors to work within our Community Therapy Team.
You will work as part of a Multi-disciplinary team, which includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, Senior Therapy Instructors, Rehab Nurses and Pharmacists, Social Workers and Mental Health Practitioners.
Main duties of the job Your role will be to work with patients independently in the community, usually within the patient's own home, delivering therapy interventions to patients under the supervision of senior staff.
The therapy interventions will include Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy.
