Are you a skilled therapist looking for a new challenge?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Therapist Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where they can make a real difference in the lives of adults with complex needs.
You will be responsible for leading a team of therapists, providing clinical guidance and support, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and care.
This is a senior management role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of therapy principles and practices.
As a Senior Therapist Manager, you will work closely with our Clinical Governance Team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellence in clinical practice.
You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior therapists, providing feedback and coaching to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Our ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or a related field, and will be registered with the relevant professional body.
They will also have significant experience working with adults with complex needs, and a proven track record of leadership and management.
The successful candidate will be based at our Care First – Pheasey site in Walsall, and will be expected to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.
We offer a competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £3000.
