We are seeking an experienced Senior Therapist and Team Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group.We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits that include flexible working options, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and access to a wide range of health and wellbeing services.About the Role:As a Senior Therapist and Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team at our Belmont Secondary School location.
You will work collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead to develop and implement clinical strategies that drive positive outcomes for our students.You will also be responsible for holding a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans, and contributing to staff training and consultation.
