Senior Test Development Engineer

An opportunity has arisen with a global company on the outskirts of Edinburgh for a Senior Test Development Engineer who is interested in working with the latest technologies in a dynamic environment.
This role would suit an Engineer with experience in LabView / TestStand, Test Equipment and an Electronics background.
The Role In this role, the Senior Test Development Engineer will design functional test equipment, develop test hardware and software, contribute to design reviews and act in a lead capacity for small to medium scale test engineering programs.
You will also collaborate with other team members in Software and Hardware and provide leadership and guidance for juniors in the team.
Requirements The Senior Test Development Engineer will possess a background in Electronic Engineering, knowledge of both analog and digital circuit design, test software design experience, hardware troubleshooting and excellent communication skills.
Experience with LabView / TestStand would be highly desirable alongside industry experience in test development and an understanding of common test architectures.
Clearance Eligibility for UK SC Clearance is required.
