We are recruiting on behalf of a top-tier insurance firm looking for an experienced Test Analystto lead the end-to-end testing of their change landscape. This is a high-impact role where you will work across multiple teams to ensure the successful delivery of their IT solutions, with a focus on seamless integrations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of testing for the client's change programs, ensuring all in-house and third-party solutions are thoroughly tested and ready for go-live.Develop comprehensive test strategies, create test plans and scripts in testing and validation.Provide hands-on support for User Acceptance Testing.Act as the primary point of contact for all testing and validation activities, working closely with Finance, Actuarial, Operations, and IT teams.Collaborate with SMEs to ensure thorough testing coverage for all feature sets. Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance/reinsurance sector is required.Strong expertise in end-to-end testing, including test scenario design, data validation, and test script execution.Experience with SQL, Microsoft Azure, and testing automation tools.Proven ability to manage testing tools (e.g., Jira).Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with executive-level stakeholders in a complex corporate environment.
