Senior Test Analyst

Job Title: Senior Test Analyst Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 at home) Benefits: Up to 30% bonus, PMI, Critical Illness We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Test Analyst for a newly created role supporting the implementation of a new platform.
This position is focused on manual testing with future opportunities to explore automation and potentially progress into a lead role.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute test cases, conduct regression testing, and support UAT.
Coach and mentor junior QA team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for smooth integration.
Document and track defects, ensuring effective feedback to the development team.
Maintain test documentation and suggest improvements to testing processes.
