Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager (Technical)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000, depending on background & experience
Location: Cambridge, 3 days a week in office

My client is a venture-backed, founder-driven biotech company, based in Cambridge, who are now looking to add a Technical Senior Marketing Manager to their team.
This role is pivotal in owning and evolving the company's value proposition, crafting compelling messaging, and generating scientific content for marketing materials and sales tools.
A key aspect of this role involves collaborating with partners and collaborators to acquire data that showcases the value of their products and support with their marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities... Generate Scientific Content - Create scientifically accurate and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, posters, whitepapers, application notes, poster, and presentations.
Define Value Proposition and Messaging - Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine the company's value proposition.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams Strategic Engagement with KOLs, Collaborators, and Partners -Identify and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant fields The ideal candidate will come with... A PhD in a Life Science field or possess a BSc/MSc with equivalent experience.
Prior experience in protein expression and purification is essential Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are required Experience in engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and partners is preferred.
Demonstratable expertise in content marketing, scientific writing, or a related field The salary is ranging from £70,000 - £80,000 depending on the candidate's experience & background.
They are based in Cambridge; however, this role offers hybrid working with the successful candidate only needing to go into the office three times a week.
