Role and ResponsibilitiesOversee the technical aspects of residential developments from design to completionComfortably managing 2-3 sites at varying stagesManage consultant contracts, fee proposals, and appointments.Work closely with internal teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all designs are buildable and comply with regulatory standards.Ensure all technical information (working drawings, consultant documents, and approvals) is accurately coordinated and submitted to building control and warranty providers.
Skills and ExperienceBTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Exposure to both architectural and engineering sides of a Technical Coordinator role.Experience with brownfield sitesCompetent with current building regulationsProficiency with AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Mathematical proficiency and a keen eye for detail.
