Job Description Key responsibilities include:
You will be involved in business development of existing and new clients as well as potentially developing a specialist field of technical and/or sector knowledge and expertise.
You will work closely with shareholders and founders of OMB's and will be involved in advisory work across shareholder level planning work, corporate reconstruction, transactions, succession planning, and sale planning.
You will manage a portfolio of corporate compliance clients.
