Job Description Develop and implement effective tax strategies.
Manage and oversee the company's tax team.
Ensure timely, accurate, and appropriate filing of all corporate tax returns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tax planning and compliance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Handle tax audits and resolve tax-related issues.
Assist in financial planning and analysis.
Prepare and review tax reports.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:
Pensions product tax experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures in the pensions industry.
Drive and desire to fulfill a 90% advisory position.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
