My client is seeking an experienced Tax Lawyer (SA, LD, Partner) to spearhead tax for the region, within a wider national teamOperating at the highest level for a wide range of clients, tax advice includes both day to day advice on appropriate structures, government schemes etc, all underpinned by a thorough understanding of a client's business as well as specific transactional support.
Transactional support includes advising on M&A and private equity activity, IPOs, corporate and partnerships structures and property taxation.This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer keen to progress their career within a most entrepreneurial and forward-thinking practice boasting a highly enviable client base of largely UK based organisations.
