About The Role As a Senior Systems Engineer for the Royal Navy Maritime Electronic Warfare Programme (MEWP), you will play a critical role in delivering intelligent countermeasures systems and support, helping to protect our country and our armed forces serving at sea.  The MEWP contract, to deliver our Ancilia Trainable Decoy Launcher to the Royal Navy, was awarded based on our proven maritime domain expertise and track record of delivering, upgrading, and sustaining high-end capabilities to the Royal Navy. Winning this contract will provide dedicated employment opportunities and sustain jobs for over 150 skilled and professionals  A Senior Systems Engineer for the Maritime Electronic Warfare Programme (MEWP) – SEA's largest contract award to date – will play a critical part in delivery, product development and customer relationships.
What You'll be Doing A Senior Systems Engineer typically carries out the following activities:- Defining and Managing Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle Proving Technical inputs to bidding activities Integration and production qualification activities Work Package generation and execution Define system architectures that will drive system design.
Carryout system integration verification and validation activities and manage issue resolution.
Coordinate directly with internal and external customers.
