Job Opportunity: Senior System Analyst – ERP Location: Milton Keynes Area, UK (Hybrid – 2 Days a Week Onsite) We're on the lookout for a skilled Senior System Analyst to support and optimize the NetSuite ERP ecosystem across our business.

What You'll Do: ERP System Administration: Manage day-to-day operations and configuration of NetSuite and other ERP systems for peak performance.
Business Process Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to analyse current workflows, document processes, and implement improvements for efficiency.
Customization & Integration: Customize NetSuite workflows and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integrations with business systems.
Data Management & Reporting: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs that drive decision-making across the organization.
User Support & Training: Provide training and support to ensure team members are proficient and confident in using the ERP system.
Project Management: Lead and contribute to projects involving new implementations, module upgrades, and process automation.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current on NetSuite's latest features and best practices to optimize system functionality and usage.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (administration, configuration, and support).
Expertise in NetSuite modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Procurement) and tools like SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, Saved Searches, and reporting tools.
Familiarity with data integration and ERP interfacing (e.g., Shopify, Arena, Tipalti, EDI systems).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a knack for solving complex business and system issues.
Preferred Skills: Background in finance, accounting, or supply chain, with a strong understanding of ERP functionalities.
Familiarity with eCommerce systems (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Knowledge of PLM systems (Arena) and 3PL integrations via EDI or API.
