Job Title: Senior Sustainability Consultant (ESG Advisory) Location: London (Flexible working options available) Salary: £70,000 DOE About the Role: As a Senior Sustainability Consultant within our client's Infrastructure Advisory Team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of ESG practices across global infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities: Lead ESG Due Diligence : Oversee environmental, social, and governance (ESG) assessments for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with both local and international standards, including IFC Performance Standards.
Sustainability Strategy Development : Provide strategic advice on sustainability challenges, climate risk, and carbon management, helping clients enhance long-term value.
Mentorship & Collaboration : Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages growth and knowledge-sharing.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored, high-quality ESG solutions that meet client expectations and support long-term partnerships.
Report Production & Supervision : Produce and supervise comprehensive ESG and sustainability reports, delivering clear, actionable insights.
Who We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Extensive experience in ESG, EHS due diligence, ideally within infrastructure projects, with deep knowledge of sustainability standards and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated expertise in climate risk assessments and carbon management.
Strong project management and leadership skills with an aptitude for managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both client engagement and internal mentorship.
