The Opportunity: Eight Versa is looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Senior Sustainability and Environmental Assessment Consultant (BREEAM), with excellent project delivery skills.
The purpose of this role is to grow and nurture client relationships whilst delivering sustainability solutions.

You will be based in our London office with a multi-disciplinary team who undertake a variety of assessments including BREEAM, LEED, Home Quality Mark, WELL, Fitwel, Sustainability reports for planning applications, Building LCA, Building Performance analysis, Ecology and BNG to provide holistic services that are exemplary in their breadth and design.
Your Responsibilities: · Oversee the delivery of a variety of BREEAM Assessments at the design stage and post construction stage · Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful, sustainable solutions across various sectors · Oversee the planning applications and sustainability reporting · Chair client meetings to provide sustainability advice and be the key point of contact for our portfolio clients · Undertake business development as a matter of course, expanding our reach and client base by promoting our services with existing and potential clients · Develop connections within the industry Personal attributes and skills: · Experience in delivering a variety of BREEAM Assessments and sustainability strategies for buildings and portfolios · Certified BREEAM Assessor or BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) · Vast technical knowledge of the sustainability services · Excellent interpersonal skills · Highly organised · Can frame a problem/request, synthesise information, ask the right questions, and pull-out insights to inform decision making · The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships What we offer: · We provide a competitive salary along with the potential for a discretionary bonus based on the company profitability and your performance · Enhanced annual leave entitlement after two years of service · Paid Birthday time off · Paid Christmas time off (3 days between Christmas and New Years) · Hybrid Working · Budget for training, learning and development programs to support your professional growth, empower you to thrive in your role and prepare you for future opportunities · Possibility to work from home (abroad) for two weeks each year · Health insurance that includes health assessments, a guaranteed online GP appointment within 48 hours, physiotherapy, mental health support, wellness services with perks such as monthly cinema tickets, discounted gym membership, weekly hand-crafted coffee or healthy smoothies, cashback and discounts on healthy food etc.
