Through high-quality teaching, personalized support, and expert-led, integrated therapy, they enable students with a variety of additional learning needs to set and achieve their personal goals.Key Duties: Lead shifts, ensuring smooth operations and providing direction to team members.
Support Team Leaders and Care Managers in daily responsibilities.
Motivate and coach a team of support workers, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals you support.
Oversee the induction of new staff and assist with their ongoing development, including QCF qualifications and mandatory training.
Ensure all activities are completed, and individual support plans are followed and achieved.
Manage rotas effectively to always ensure adequate shift cover.
Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience working with young adults with additional needs.
Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
Compliance: Successful applicants will undergo pre-employment safeguarding checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
