I am recruiting several CARING and PASSIONATE Senior support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
The service, which is located in Taunton supports adults aged between 18 - 65.
The service is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
\n \n Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 \n Hours: Full Time 40 hours a week \n Contract: Permanent \n Shifts: Monday-Friday with one weekend day shift every 4 weeks (Sat or Sun) \n Location: Taunton \n \n This is a good opportunity for those looking to take the next step in their career from a Support worker Role Previous management experience not essential, as full training will be provided.

\n Planning rotas, management of staff teams, \n Ensuring compliance within the service.
\n Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
\n Ensuring the safety of the service users.
\n Following care plans for each individual.
\n Taking service users out into the community.
\n Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
\n Varying levels of personal care.
\n \n Requirements: \n \n NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and willing to work towards Level 3 \n Senior Support Worker Experience \n Must be resilient.
\n Drivers ESSENTIAL due to the nature of the role \n \n Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
