We are recruiting a dedicated Senior Support Worker in Eastbourne to support our clients living in Sussex.
This position offers a guaranteed hours contract with an enhanced salary, mileage, and eventually a company car!
In this role, you will have the flexibility to work with all of our clients in Sussex, supporting individuals of all ages with a wide range of medical needs.
This is a great opportunity for a Care Assistant or Support Worker with experience in complex care who is looking to take on new challenges and progress their career.
Work schedule: Guaranteed Hours Contract On average 35 hours per week Shifts are 6-12 hours long No night shifts!

REGRBU Responsibilities Full personal care.
Confident and clear communication with clients.
Ability to assist the client with moving and handling, including use of a hoist.
Confident ability to manage client seizures, including administering emergency medication and VNS.
Administering complex care to clients, including: PEG feeding, ventilator care, suctioning, management of colostomy bag, and tracheostomy care.
Carefully understanding and following the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
Prioritising the client's wellbeing, including raising any safeguarding concerns.
Requirements Minimum of 12 months experience in a UK care environment.
Demonstrated experience with Complex Care clients.
Full, clean UK driving license.
