Key Responsibilities :
Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centered care.
Assist in developing and reviewing care plans tailored to individual needs.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
Provide hands-on support, including emotional and practical assistance to service users.
Act as a role model and mentor for the care team.
Coordinate shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Driving License : Must hold a full, valid UK driving license.
Experience : At least 1 year as a Senior Support Worker, or 2-3 years as a Support Worker in a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
