Job Title : Senior Support Worker - Children and Young People Location : Bradford   Salary : Upto £ 33986.4 £12.70 - £13.80 Dependant on qualifications , full time permanent  job , ASAP start!!
£50 per Sleep, working an average of between 6-10 sleeps per month.
We are exciting to be hiring for experienced Senior Residential Children's Support Workers to join our clients Residential Children's  EBD home  3 Bedded home Main duties: To assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to in achieve the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose and uphold the organisation's Mission Statement and Values.
To support and manage the staff team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
To ensure each shift is planned and resources allocated.
To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
To offer supervision and support to staff in line with National Minimum Standards and as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager.
Senior RSW position requirements: QCF 3/4 Health and Social, Children and Young People Physical aggression - experienced in using trained safe PMVA 1-2 years of working within a Residential Ofsted environment- Preferred Experience of working with children and young people ages 10 -18 years with EBD Have experienced challenging young people Ideally hold a full Uk drivers license   Strong knowledge around Ofsted regulations Use of IT systems such as clear care.
